Queen Elizabeth National Park
Queen Elizabeth National Park covers 1,978 km² and is the most visited park in Uganda. It is famous for the tree-climbing lions of Ishasha, the Kazinga Canal full of hippos and crocodiles, and more than 95 mammal species and 600+ bird species. The diverse landscape ranges from savannah to tropical forest and crater lakes.
